What payment methods are available when booking?

We offer multiple convenient payment methods for booking your experience. You can choose to pay with cash, utilize bank transfers, or even explore the option of cryptocurrency, as we have crypto-wallets readily available. For bank transfers, we facilitate transactions to a local FirstCaribbean account, ensuring a seamless booking process. If you have booked through one of our partners sites such as Tripadvisor, Fishing Booker or Viator, a deposit or payment may be taken at time of booking.

What is the deposit policy?

To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a 15% deposit, which can be made in cash or by card over the phone or at our offices.

When will full balance need to be settled?

The full balance will need to be paid on the day of the booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a charter is canceled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be eligible for a refund.

Are no shows charged full booking fee?

Unfortunately, we will have to charge the full deposit fee for no-shows. This is necessary because we have commitments to our staff that need to be met, and due to the popularity of our charters, it ensures that others have the opportunity to enjoy our experiences.
